Well my training regime is now all about straight runs with no intervals and I must confess I am finding it a struggle. Today I just did not manage to complete the full time without having to walk for a bit and I felt really disappointed. I am putting a lot of pressure on myself as I want to be able to run the full 5k come race day and fear I am not on track to do that. Still, I need to remember where I started and not try to er, run before I can walk?
