Day 107: Peasant days

I had a lazy day with my folks before heading back home this evening to face the reality of the chore that is clearing out my kitchen for the delivery of the new kitchen this Friday.

My mum really wasn't well today and managed to get an emergency doctor's appointment and a diagnosis of very bad chest infection signed her of work and sent her back to bed which she never should have left. Do parents ever get to a stage where they listen to the advice of their offspring? Doubt it!
